Orange County Assessor Claude Parrish has delivered the 2023-24 Local Assessment Roll of Values that includes all locally assessable property in Orange County. The total net value on the Roll is over $767.5 billion. The Roll of Values is up 6.41% or $46.25 billion more than last year (FY 2022-23).
