Local Assessment Rolls Delivered

Orange County Assessor Webster Guillory has delivered the 2012-13 Local Assessment Roll of Values that includes all locally assessable property in Orange County. The total net value on the Roll is over $428.4 billion. The Roll of Values is up 1.92% or $8.07 billion more than last year (FY 2011-12).
